What is your return policy?

We will be happy to exchange your unworn merchandise within 14 days of purchase. We do NOT offer refunds. We DO offer in-store credit.

How do I weatherproof my shoes?

We carry a number of weather protectants including sprays and creams. Upon purchase, we will be happy to spray your shoes, bags, and jackets with weather protectant, just ask!

What if I don't know my shoe size?

No big deal! At Scarpaletto, we carry shoes from all around the world produced in hundreds of different artisan factories. We understand that not every shoe style and brand fit the exact same. Allow our experts to fit you according to both European and US size charts.

How do I clean suede?

Very carefully! In all reality, don't knock yourself out! Waterproof your shoes upon purchase and regularly afterward. As well as cleaning small blemishes with the appropriate suede brush. All items necessary can be found at our store!
