Return Policy for All In Store Purchases
Scarpaletto will be happy to exchange or offer an in store credit for any unworn merchandise within 14 days.

We do not offer refunds.

Items that have been worn, used or returned after 14 days cannot be accepted for exchange or in store credit.

Return Policy for Online Purchases
Online Purchases Only: If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please call us immediately at (303) 321-5771 and return your purchase unworn in the original packaging, within 10 Days of receipt. We will make an exchange or refund your payment.

Scarpaletto is not responsible for shipping and handling costs on incoming or outgoing orders. We're sorry but items that have been worn, used or returned after 10 days cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected by the returns warehouse (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
